The best way to contact me if you plan to come to a class in the near future is to text (the best option) or ring 07800 959 543. Please wait for confirmation there is space for you before dropping in to a class. It's best to text at least an hour before the class is due to start.

If you are coming to class for the first time please read information for new students which has a link to a .pdf of the form you are required to fill out before your first lesson. If you are able to print it out, fill it in and bring it to class that would be marvellous - it saves more time for yoga!
