The deep, relaxing and enjoyable stretches, moving and static poses help to both strengthen and gradually lengthen muscles and connective tissue.
Private individual or group classes can address specific issues such as tight hamstrings and hip flexors, knee problems, IT band issues, planter fasciaitis, or more generally work to increase flexibility.
