Here are some of my favourite Yoga Books and CDs. Im not a great fan of yoga DVDs so I haven’t really recommended any. Nothing replaces a live teacher or your own inner teacher. Just get on the mat and let your intuition and body awareness guide you. A book is good for giving you some new ideas or reminding you about safe practice. You can support your local bookshop, buy from the wonderful yogamatters visit their store in Turnpike Lane (just behind the West Indian Cultural Centre) or get a great second hand deal from Amazon.
