These weekend retreats offer a variety of yoga, meditation and sound bathing practices which work together to refresh your mind, body and spirit. As the yoga is modified to suit your individual needs, so you can enjoy the weekend with a friend or family member who is entirely new to yoga.
On the longer retreat we’ll be looking more in depth at stress reduction and insomnia as Julia has specialist training in this area.
