These audio courses have been created for people who would like to practice online in between the Zoom or In-Person Classes but would rather not look at a computer screen.
How Will I Know What Movements to Do?
There are very detailed verbal instructions given and a printable guidance practice sheet, which has photos of all the poses. You can print this off so you don’t have to look at it on your screen. However, many people practice without it, particularly if they have attended the Zoom or In-Person classes already.
Which Course Should I Choose?
The somatics classes are very gentle and suitable for beginners and those with mild aches and pains. The yoga classes are best enjoyed by those with some previous experience of yoga.
Can I Purchase All of the Courses?
Yes, all ten courses contain unique classes, but the relaxations are duplicated. So if you purchase all the courses you’ll have 20 unique classes and 10 unique relaxation practices.
What Period of Time Can I access the Courses For?
By logging in to the “My Courses” Section on the Holistic Yoga Website, you’ll have continual access to these courses and can do an hour-long audio class or 15-20 minute relaxation practice at any time you choose.
