A list of what is included in the Yoga for Winter Resilience Course:
Over 20 hours of yoga classes, relaxation, meditation, breathing and general yoga tips. The course material is released in three parts over 12 weeks. Plus some longer classes for you to try on those days when you have more time.

Shortweekly emails with yogic health tips, the odd recipe, and encouragement to practice. You get these each Thursday at lunchtime. You’ll also get a reminder to attend the weekly Zoom.

Super breadth and depth of knowledge
Julia creates a non-pressured learning enviornment which allows for a slow and steady practice that is inclusive and accessible. It was easy to use the online materials and the videos were of really high quality. It was good to be able to pick and choose the classes I liked and tailor the course to suit me. We had regular check-ins and Julia was really generous with her time and advice. The guest festaures gave me new knowledge and were interesting, there are so many tools in the box to build on!
