Gentle Yoga – Relax to Restore
As we emerge from the stress and difficulties of 2020 and 2021 into a new world we need to develop a toolkit of skills to support our health and wellbeing. We’ll focus on yoga and breath practices that restore the nervous system, reduce anxiety and build inner strength, confidence and resilience. We will work in such a way that we can safely enjoy being in the company of others once more.
We’ll practice outside on the lawn when the weather allows, however, we’ll also be practising in the yurt, with up to 12 people. After the vaccination program and the further protective effects of Omicron, it is time to get used to being in a group once more. So we can all relax into this experience, we’re asking for all participants to take a covid test prior to coming to the retreat.
