Online Weekly Holistic Yoga Classes

Welcome to Your Online Holistic Yoga Class

This sequence is about connecting to the energy centres along our spine, known in yoga as the chakras. Although seen as a rather new age type concept. chakras are actually a real phenomena that we all experience in our lives. IF you think to the lump in your throat when you are unable to express something; the butterflies in your belly when you feel nervous or excited; the sinking in heart, the tingling up your spine. These are expressions of the life force energy moving within the chakras. This class visits each chakra from the base upwards and then back down again, using the yoga postures. Enjoy!

Payment for This Class

For now it feels right to offer these classes on a donation basis. Some people are quite unaffected financially by the crisis, whilst others have lost all their income, or are on a much reduced income. PLEASE USE THE PAYPAL DONATE BUTTON TO PAY FOR YOUR CLASS. 

Each Sunday morning new weekly classes will be released. Please consider donating towards each new class you listen to as they take a lot of time and energy to create. Thank you so much for your support. 

Time to Start Your Class

Collect together all the equipment you need. For most classes you’ll need yoga mat, yoga blocks/bricks, a blanket and a yoga belt. Click here to view or print the Visual Practice Guide pdf. for the class. By taking this class you and acknowledge that you agree to the Disclaimer. This basically states that you agree to take responsibility for your own health, safety and movement during the class. Remember to stay within your comfort zone: less is more! Enjoy your class! 🙂

Zoom Classes

The live online Zoom classes accompany the audio classes, they are a lovely way to practice if you like a longer class with live instruction on your movement, prefer to practice in a group, or if you have any questions or specific things you’d like to ask or focus on.  You can book a spot in an online Zoom class here.

    Hi Julia,
    Just done my first class. It was lovely to hear the sound of your voice. So much better than trying to do it alone.
    Took me a minute or two to get into it. I should have done a bit of breathing first but otherwise great. I will be continuing.

      Hi Anne, so glad you enjoyed the class. You’re right having an audio guide helps you to pace your home practice better and reminds you of the little things that deepen your practice. Do try doing the relaxation practice first next time, to help settle your breath before you begin the asana practices. Enjoy your practice xxx Julia xxx
