The pace is slow and there are alternatives given for any poses that might be hard to access if you are stiff, achey or new to yoga.

Discount for Private Zoom Classes
If you are enrolled on a video course, you’ll get a £10 discount for any online private Zoom classes you book (£50, usually £60 for an hour – email me to book your class). I can check that your movement is safe and offer practice ideas that will better support your health and wellbeing. If you are in Crouch End, North London, UK you can book an in-person one to one.

Holistic Yoga was founded to share the gentle, appropriate movement that helped to ease my own stress, pain and anxiety and it’s my great joy to devise, create and deliver these classes to you. It is my wish that more people can benefit from gentle yoga, somatics, breath awareness and deep relaxation.
