I am currently developing a series of online yoga courses for health and wellbeing support. Holistic Yoga was founded to share the gentle, appropriate movement that helped to ease my own stress, pain and anxiety and it’s my great joy to devise, create and deliver these classes to you. It is my wish that more people can benefit from gentle yoga, somatics, breath awareness and deep relaxation.
