Privacy Policy

As an independent self-employed yoga teacher and human being, I totally respect your right to privacy. I will only use information about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, General Data Protection Regulations 2018 and other relevant legislation and regulations. I built and maintain this website myself and am not a web specialist.

Personal Data
With your permission, I collect and maintain information through Mailchimp and Yogatrail which identifies you, such as your name, email address or telephone number so I can contact you and keep you up to date about Holistic Yoga services. You may to choose to pay for classes through Acuity, in which case it may be necessary for the bank or card processing agency to verify your personal details for authorisation.

Marketing Communications
By signing up to receive my newsletter you are consenting to receive marketing communications from me about yoga, health, classes, retreats, upcoming events and special offers. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the end of the email.

Cookies
My website currently does not use cookies except for google analytics cookies. These help me to know what parts of the site are more popular. I am in the process of trying to work out if these are EU compliant. Please bear with me!

I promise that I will only use your data for legitimate business purposes and will never give or sell your details to anyone unless you give me explicit permission, or we are legally required to do so. You have a right to see any personal information which I hold about you on written request. I am not responsible for the data policies or procedures or the content of websites that I link to.
