Yoga For Back Pain Care and Relief (12-week in-person, Zoom and on-demand video course)
Yoga for Back Pain Care and Relief is a twelve-week course specially designed for people with chronically achy backs. You’ll learn rescue poses to soothe your back, sequences to release tight muscles and strengthen weak muscles. You’ll also learn how to improve your posture, how to deeply relax and how breathing helps relieve pain. Lifestyle plays an important role in chronic pain so we will look stress, lifestyle and other factors that affect pain management. This course is suitable for most adults regardless of fitness or health concerns. However please check with your health care provider that gentle yoga is appropriate for you if you are in any doubt.
