Yoga Resources and Reading
Here are some of my favourite Yoga Books and CDs. I’m not a great fan of yoga DVDs so I haven’t really recommended any. Nothing replaces a live teacher or your own inner teacher. Just get on the mat at home and let your intuition and body awareness guide you. A book is good for giving you some new ideas or reminding you about safe practice. I’ve been favouring Wordery for my books lately as they pay their UK taxes and treat their staff fairly – unlike Amazon. 🙁
